Registered Manager
As the CQC Registered Manager, Kemi is committed to ensuring the highest standard of care for every resident. With over 18 years of experience in the care sector, she brings leadership, compassion, and a deep understanding of elderly care. Her vision is to create a "home away from home" for residents, upholding religious beliefs and fostering a strong sense of community.
John Walugembe
Finance Officer
John, a Fellow Chartered & Certified Accountant, joined the Marian House team in 2024. With over ten years’ experience managing finances in the healthcare industry, he plays a key role in supporting our operational teams. His expertise ensures the smooth financial management of the home while helping the care teams focus on delivering safe, high-quality care to all residents.
Alice Alli-Balogun
Team Leader
Alice has been part of Marian House since 2022, ensuring that all residents receive person-centred care that respects their personal wishes and promotes independence. She works closely with senior carers and healthcare professionals to maintain a safe, homely, and enriching environment for all.
