At Marian House, we offer residential, dementia, and respite care within a supportive Christian community. Our all-female team of carers ensures that residents receive dignified and culturally sensitive care tailored to their needs.

Safety and well-being are our priorities. Our home is equipped with a 24-hour CCTV system and adheres to all legislative and CQC standards, providing peace of mind for families. The home is led by an experienced, CQC-registered manager, supported by a dedicated team of carers, team leaders, and administrative staff.

We work closely with community sisters, doctors, a community matron, district nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care. Our location within the London Borough of Hillingdon, close to Hillingdon Hospital, ensures that medical support is always within reach.
